hi,
I have ad-aware 6 on my computer and have been using it for a couple of weeks, my problem is this. I run the program and after it starts scannning it will scan for about 5 seconds and then cause a physical memory dump and shut down. Is this a problem with the program or is it detecting adware it cant remove or what else could it be? I would appreciate your help in this situation.

thanx
dave

Hi technoman3,

Go here: http://209.213.221.238/postt16224.html and get a copy of Ad-Aware cloak. Follow instructions and then run Ad-Aware. See if this helps first.

My adaware was doing a bit of the same thing but it would scan but would take it hours to scan. I tried this adaware cloak to see if it would help but it doesn't. Does anyone know why it takes this long for adaware to scan my computer?
