I can't log on to anything like MSN YAHOO

I tried to create a uname here but I can't get into ANY of my email or anything that requires a secure server login. I have checked my settings and I think they are right. It was fine last night I have already removed Wintools and I fond coolwwwsearch but the utilities either don't find it or close when they find it and don't remove it. Please help.
