Didn't know where to post this question and thought this would be a good place.

I posted my HijackThis log in the appropriate section of the forum so why do people who posted after me have responses to their post but I don't? I know I'm not the only one who posted and haven't been answered as there are few more. I was thinking maybe someone else's PC is more screwed up that mine and requires quicker attention?

It's just odd seeing people above and below my post getting answers and I'm not. Crying or Very sad

Oh well, I will be patient. Kinda scary too as there are so many new posts every second and it's easy for anyone's post who hasn't been answered yet to get lost and pushed further down the list.

Just my thoughts.....

Have a great day!

OOOPS, Did I put this in the wrong section? This section is for staff only? Shocked

Point me at it and i'll take a look. We're currently getting about 400 plus HJT logs submitted per day. A little patience is required. And.... don't forget, everyone here gives their time freely.

My standard add-on to all requests for HJT logs:

*Please, be patient. An expert will examine your log and this does take time. Please, no 'Bumps' and no 'Duplicates'. Thank you.*

Would suggest you take a look at the backlog before hollering and, don't forget, some types of problem take far longer than others to resolve and require different skills. Yours may be onesuch.

Thank you for your co-operation.

Hi Mariner,

I know how busy this forum is and I appreciate you taking the time to reply to this post. Here's the link to where my post is:
http://computercops.biz/postt45945.html

I wasn't hollering, I was just wondering why my post seemed to be overlooked. (obviously I was mistaken, I apologize) I would like to also apologize if I came across as being rude. I'm sorry.

Thank you for your time.

OK. Your post has been responded too by an expert. Considering you posted only on Monday, you have done very well, all things considered. Not many HJT logs receive attention in such a short time.

Whats required now, is for you to respond to the advice given by the expert looking after you.

Thanks,

Mariner

....and, most importantly sweetdude, this forum is open to everyone. Feel free to come by while you're waiting for a response (and any other time). You'll find Claire posts a lot of fascinating info here. The Tavern is also open 24/7 the only stipulation for access is that you have to buy everyone a round Wink

Welcome to Computer Cops. Very Happy
