I was ripped off with $94.95 with the video card that was never send to me. I was so because eBay, and Paypal seem to protect their client, a thief buyer! Because in the email, I scanned toward the "eBay reconcile amount" so meaning that he paid the eBay the $14.99 of MY money. He's a thief so is eBay because eBay is an acessory to the crime because they got the $14.99 from the guy name Mr. Long, which is MY money, not HIS. So I filed with IFCC and still waiting. As for Square Trade, they will NEVER help the clients because it is just a "voluntary" ooportunity for the clients and the customers to meet up. Stupid! Paypal claimed they can't get the refunds back to me from his accounts. I'm planning to meet up my bank to discuss the amount disputation. The bank may however will take the money from eBay and the Paypal because the client belongs to them. If they can't get the money out of his account, they will do it on both eBay and Paypal. They did the few times for me and I was glad to trust my own bank who helped nail the busters and got the money back plus the additional for the suffering of my account which satisfied me well. Now This will be my 4th time to fight against client, eBay and Paypal. Who else should I file with??? |
