Spybot can't eliminate this error...

DSO Exploit: Data source object exploit (Registry change, nothing done)
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\0\1004!=W=3

Anyone know how I can get rid of it manually?

Hi,

Can you not live with it in quarantine as removed by Spybot?? Be there if required later. To reach the source:

Go start, Run and type in "regedit" minus the quotes. Then, navigate your way to the source you have listed yourself. Be certain this is what you want to remove. Backup your registry before editing. No going back....without difficulty, so backup first, please.

Should add, if you remove this, the associated program may not function properly and/or as intended. Pay heed to warnings/disclaimers etc by Spybot Search and Destroy.

What I did was select advance, settings, ignore products, security tab, put a check mark beside DSO & then exit. Then start Spybot back up & scan again & you should get a congragulations.
The link that helpless gave you gives you the same steps that I gave you. Those steps were from Sudbury.
