Spyware problems. I'm not using my computer until I can fix

Can someone tell me what to do please. I just ran Ad-aware 6.0 and Spy-bot and my PC is still jacked up. Please help.

Since your log was still showing in the guest side of the site I've taken the liberty of reviewing it and making the following suggestions.

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\HijackThis.exe
If you put hijackthis in its own folder such as c:\hjt, you wont have the backups added to your desktop--your call.

Close browser windows,
Run HijackThis, tick to fix:
