Homepage taken over

My usual homepage has been taken over. The new website seems to be some sort of search engine. I keep deleting it from my internet tools. Yet it keeps coming back. It has a very unusal web address. The web address is:
http://%68%6F%6D%65%70%61%67%65%2E%63%6F%6D
Does anyone know how I can get this website out of my computer. It also seems to be effecting Yahoo. Yahoo looks different.

Welcome Johann. We need a snapshot of your running processes..........but First:

Download : HiJack This! from http://computercops.biz/downloads-cat-14.html

Create and Unzip to a folder not your Desktop or the Temp folder, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".
Unzip the download (using a piece of software like: Winzip)

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log in a text file, and post it in the CCSP "Spyware - Hijack This" forum:

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.
Someone here will be happy to help you analyze the results.
