Odd computer issue/Virus?

Greetings,

Early last week I had a machine begin to display odd behavior. Anything related to the internet or using the internet was randomly locking up or dropping the connection. I ran Ad-Aware and the newest virus definitions off of TrendMicros web site and nothing was discovered. I even checked the backround processes and all looks good. Several days ago the situation worsened. While another user was online, the entire display flipped upside down and has been like that ever since. I have tried new monitors and ran all my scans once more. Nothing has been resolved. I did notice however several days before multiple executables under the c:\ with titles relating to new pc games and software. Basically it looked like lots of illegal cracks and license codes. Although I removed them and they did not return, soon after the display went nuts. I will run Hijackthis tonight and post my results, I was just curious if anyone has heard of any new viruses or had any ideas what may be causing this. Thanks!
