Hell, I need some help. I have a program called Learn2Player installed on my home pc and I don't know what it is or what it does or helps. Is is adware or spyware? I have spybot search & destroy on my computer and it is not picking it up as something wrong. What is this and what do you think I should do?

Sorry, I also have the WSEM Update installed. What is this and what does it do? Does this work hand in hand, so to speak, with AVG 6?

I'm sorry, once again, I also have Viewpoint Media Player installed. Would you happen to know if this is adware or spyware and if I decide to uninstall, will it damage or hinder some of my other programs?

Hello i4gvn,

1)Learn2Player - Do this:

*In Windows Explorer, find the main executable (.exe) file
*Right click (do not double-click) on the file
*Click "Properties"
*Click "Version"
*Highlight each item and post back with the information

2)WSEM Update:

Follow the steps listed above

3)Viewpoint Media Player - See this:

Hey, I did manage to get rid of the WSEM deal. For some reason, this website won't allow me to login. I am using the right name and password. Don't know why it won't let me login, though. Anyway, on the Learn2Player, I found this much out: Version 501.82.0.0
File name: Learn2Runner DLL
Original name: Stuntme.dll
Product Version: 0505.0082

Now for the Viewpoint Media Player, I don't know what it was install along with, but I don't know if I need to go ahead and remove it yet. It was said that I could remove it at the add/remove programs. What do you think? Oh, it is spyware. I already have spybot installed, but it hasn't picked that one up yet.

Now for the WSEM Update.
File version:1.0.0.1
description: DyFuCA_BH Module
Copyright: 2002

I don't really know how that got on my computer. I know I want it gone though.

I think WSEM Update is part of the INternet Optimizer hijacker program. Here's a link to remove it.
