For internet optimizer remove: http://www.spysweeper.com/internet-optimizer-removal.html
Run these:
Spybot: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download2471.html
Install, update, immunize and run. Fix all, marked with red
Adware: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/#free
Go to Start > Programs > Lavasoft and click on AdAware 6 to open the program
Look at the icons on the top right of the page and click on the ?world? and let AdAware update the spyware reference list
Once the update is finished click on the ?Gear? icon (second from the left) to access the preferences/settings window
In the "General" window make sure the following are selected:
Automatically save log-file
Automatically quarantine objects prior to removal
Safe Mode (always request confirmation)
Click on the "Scanning" button on the left and select :
Scan Within Archives
Scan Active Processes
Scan Registry
Deep Scan Registry
Scan my IE favorites for banned URL?s
Scan my Hosts file
Under ?Click here to select drives + folders, choose:
All of your hard drives
Click on the "Advanced" button on the left and select:
Include additional process information
Include additional file information
Include environment information
Include additional object details
Click the "Tweak" button and select:
Under the "Scanning Engine":
Unload recognized processes during scanning
Include basic Ad-aware settings in logfile
Include additional Ad-aware settings in logfile
Under the ?Cleaning Engine?:
Let Windows remove files in use at next reboot
Click on "Proceed" to save the settings.
Click -Start- and on the next screen choose "Activate in-depth Scan" at the bottom of the page and then choose:
Use Custom Scanning Options
Click -Next- and AdAware will scan your hard drive(s) with the options you have selected.
After scan, put a checkmark to all what it find, then click "finish"
REBOOT
I suggest, you install these for better protection:
Ie Spyad: http://www.staff.uiuc.edu/~ehowes/main.htm
----------------------------------------------------------------
Spywareblaster: http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html
Spywareguard: http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareguard.html
Update both at least, once in a week.
Post new log

It is good, there are improvements.
Run Hijackthis, close all other windows, put a checkmark to these, an fix:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {1CDE7B70-86B1-CDAF-E3FA-25F76E5E7321} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\ylbaufjn.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {BB29EB9E-FB98-258F-3AE0-1092A7F3894F} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\scskhfxf.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {C78C3D6B-236D-4AAD-E27C-ACE5DF286EC6} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\lcdkkrrh.dll
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [] c:\WINDOWS\System32\
I am not sure about this tmp file, try delete it, and leave it in recycle bin for a couple of days, if it is needed, you can restore it.
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [EPSON Stylus CX5200] C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\E_S10IC2.EXE /A "C:\WINDOWS\System32\E_S3E8.tmp"
Find and delete:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ylbaufjn.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\scskhfxf.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\lcdkkrrh.dll
If System32 folder still opens, after you have fixed, could this be the reason:

Ok, the System 32 folder did not show up upon start-up, but the computer still seems not quite right. Often in the middle of doing something the computer will slow up and the hourglass appears for a few seconds. It didn't used to do it.
I was also unable to find these files:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ylbaufjn.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\scskhfxf.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\lcdkkrrh.dll
Is there anything else to try? |

Since you can´t find these files, they are removed.
How often do you a defrag?
And you can have a lot of junk files:
Ccleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/
