This thread describes using killbox on a dll from the same cslid as your bho. Not sure what other kind of problems that will lead you too. Would suggest data backups as a precaution.

If the restore points are infected, ME needs system restore disabled prior to fixes and then a reboot and reenabling to reestablish a new point.

The solongas entries and the regsvr32 uninstal entry in your current log also need to be fixed in hijackthis.
