My friend has a computer problem that when the computer's started there's a BROWSEUI.DLL error the computer won't run anything after this happens Confused . I tried to go in safe mode so i can install the older brosweui.dll but the help center has an error as well Shocked , can any one help me.

No unfortunatly the computer won't let me do anything..... all it does is the errors and won't respond Twisted Evil
