Grittings.
Trying to find out if I can use a Win2K CD to boot from to stop the problems with the autoreboot syndrome.
If someone has tried this successfully, let me know. I figure that if this little sidestep could work, it might give me enough time to actually run the scans to find out the problems.
I've got one going on HiJack This, but no one has come to my rescue over there. Trying a different venue to try and help myself a little bit.
Thanks in advance.

One of the first responders said that it seemed to be a Mailwasher problem. Armed with that info from what I presumed to be a reliable resource, what better place to go that a Troubleshooting forum for Mailwasher?
Do I know what Mailwasher IS? Heck no.
Further, the reboot problem has been solved. One of the memory sticks threw a cyber-rod. Replaced the stick and now the reboot problem is gone.
Someone want to close the thread??
Thanks anyhow. |
