Installation of PHP Nuke on Intranet Webserver running behind a Proxy
I'm running PHP nuke on my Intranet webserver . This machine cannot access the internet directly, but IE can access the internet by adding a proxy setting in the IE connection details.
I'm planning to use RSS news feeds like BBC news , CNN news and Sophos Virus alert blocks , for providing latest news and information to my users inside the intranet.
Since these blocks fetches news and informations from their parent sites in the Internet, it is not able to fetch any news now since my webserver is behind a proxy .
Is there any setting like what we do for declaring proxy for IE to make PHP Nuke fetch these informations from the internet through the proxy.
Does the setting need to be done on Apache or does it need to be done on PHP nuke
Any help will be appreciated. |
