I noticed that you had time synchronize too. I tried to go ahead and Uninstall via the Add/Remove Programs in the Control panel but it gave me a message that says "DealHelper is an ad-supported product, DealHelper helps keep popular software on the Internet free. Deal Helper is on your computer because you chose to download software in return for receiving special offers and deals. If you wish to remove DealHelper from your computer you muust first remove all of the DealHelper ad-supported software from your computer." and I couldn't find any software that had been installed lately, so I updated my Ad-aware 6 to the 01R314 02.06.2004 Reference File.

I "manually" found out these basic files about this program
I found that it syncs the time to one of http://trendmicro.com/ servers.

Files:

$WINDOWS\TimeSynchronize.exe
$WINDOWS\dhbrwsr.exe
$WINDOWS\DHUpdt.exe
$WINDOWS\dhsvr.exe

Supporting files:
$WINDOWS\dhdom.bin
$WINDOWS\dhdomp.bin
$WINDOWS\dhkw.bin
$WINDOWS\DHP.dll
$WINDOWS\TMUPDATE.DLL
$WINDOWS\tmupdate.ini

$WINDOWS\system32\dhcp\ //mine was empty

$WINDOWS\TEMP\OLD*.tmp

registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\DealHelperBrwsr
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\DealHelperUpdate

I had 72 Registry Keys, 4 Registry Values, 55 Files, and 2 folders identifies. It couldn't delete

c:\winnt\system32\msibkd.dll
c:\winnt\system32\msdhmd.dll
c:\winnt\system32\msedah.dll
c:\winnt\system32\msjfbl.dll
c:\winnt\system32\mskceo.dll
c:\winnt\system32\mskhhe.dll
c:\winnt\system32\msnkmi.dll

but they weren't a problem that scanning in safe mode coudn't handle.
