|
|
I currently use Benign 1.4.1.4 and Panda Platinum Security 8.02.01.
Whatever the e-mail client I use I can not retrieve my e-mails properly. Each time I try to do so, some of them are retrieved and then the process stops without errors or messages. I reported the problem to Firetrust staff but at the moment they did not find the solution yet. According to me it is related to a timeout problem but unfortunately even if I increase the network server timeout consequently the problem still occurs. When I shutdown my permanent protection everything goes well. Does someone encounters this problem ? and perhaps has a workaround ?
In order to retrieve my e-mails completely I have to run the retieval process x times until all my e-mails are in my inbox.
As I said, the only way I found is to shutdon benign but for me it is not a convenient solution. So if someone is in the same situation as me. Don't hesitate to tell me what you did to solve this strange problem.
This situation does not occur with panda antivirus 7.00.

I think you should ask Pandasoftware what is changed...
Or check your Panda-configuration. |
