WHEN TRYING TO DEFRAG, OR DO A DISK CLEAN UP I GET THE FOLLOWING.
"
WINDOWS CANNOT DEFRAGMENT THE DRIVE NOW BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN LOCKED BY A DISK UTILITY. QUITE ANY UTILITIES THAT MAY LOCK THIS DRIVE, AND THEN TRY DEFRAGMENTING THE DRIVE AGAIN."

WHAT IS THIS, AND DOES' ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO UNLOCK THE DRIVE?

hello
try scandisk and defrag from safe mode.
see if that fixes it.
