this problem started out as Dell Media Experience would automatically start on my mom's account on this computer and would bring up an error message as well, containing this message:

runtime error!
program: C:\Program Files\Dell\Media Experience\PCM2.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it
in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for
more information.

i can't seem to find a way to stop it from turning on upon startup because the settings does not contain an option. just this morning, i started up my account and all of a sudden the dell media experience program started up. luckily it does not contain the error message on my account. but why is it starting up? how do i stop it? what is the error message?

begging for your help...
