Hi,

I am running Windows XP Home and Norton Internet Security 2002. I have recently run into a problem while trying to update my files. Whenever I run LiveUpdate, I get the following message: "LU1803: LiveUpdate failed while getting your updates."
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Internet Security, but the same problem exists. However, automatic updates work, and LiveUpdate ran during the installation no problem. Does anyone have an idea as to why this is happening, and how I can fix it?

simply download new LU(Live Update)from symantec.avaible for free..
