Urgent Help Needed!!

Hey Ppl..I Am a new user in this site..I got a problem with my comp Sad

I got a ssudden pop up message in my comp..U know the advertisements...So wen i click ok..It goes off and appears again as well..It has slowed my computer down..I cant use any anti virus software i tried openin Norton my anti viruse software but it doesnt open it gets stuck>>So i restarted the comp even wen i am not connected to da comp the pop up appears and it doesnt go..I can open da internet exploere but cant surf..My computer is really slow.. Sad

..I am using my pals comp now..sO plzzzzz help me out....

We need a snapshot of your running processes..........but First:

Download : HiJack This!

Create and Unzip to a folder not your Desktop or the Temp folder, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".
Unzip the download (using a piece of software like: Winzip)

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log in a text file, and post it in the CCSP "Spyware - Hijack Related" forum:

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.
Someone here will be happy to help you analyze the results.
