Not sure if this is the right place or not but i have a old msn versoin and my comp wont let me delete it and when i ctrl alt del it it will turn off then go right back on. Help o yea the error message reads......

"cannot delete msgsc.dll make sure this file is not full or write protected and the file is not currently in use." should i go into safe mode and delete it or what? thanks in adavance

hii...
open C:\WINDOWS\inf search for sysoc,
remove all the word contain HIDE (JUST REMOVE HIDE)
exit,save.
open add/remove window component,remove msn messenger.
