Can I get some help uninstalling Norton from my system

Hello,

I had an attack of ad ware and trojans and something disabled the Norton that came with my computer.

Since i could not find any online teck support chat available from Norton I called Dell tech support and they walked me through uninstalling Norton. I then purchased McAfee since I am more familiar with it and they offer chat support.

My problem is that now (somehow) Norton is re-installed on my system.

I need help to completly remove it and all instances from symantic -

I have a brand new Dell 2400 running XP Please advise if you can assist me in getting this off my system for all time.
