2 problems trojan horse and clearsearch

Hi

I hope someone can help me. AVG has found Trojanhorse backdoor\ruledor.c.clearsearch.

It advised me that they cannot remove Clearsearch so I am hoping someone can help me. I checked the program file but found no reference to Clearsearch.

I would really appreciate some help

Welcome biddie42. We need a snapshot of your running processes..........but First:

Download : HiJack This! from http://computercops.biz/downloads-cat-14.html

Create and Unzip to a folder not your Desktop or the Temp folder, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".
Unzip the download (using a piece of software like: Winzip)

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log in a text file, and post it in the CCSP "Spyware - Hijack This" forum:

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.
Someone here will be happy to help you analyze the results.
