First of all, I've tried to register & never receive an email. Ok, onto my (other) problem. This bubba.wintools thing has been a pain in the rear...I've researched & tried everything I know (including tips from here), to no avail. Help would be MOST appreciated! Here is my hijack log:

Logfile of HijackThis v1.97.7
Scan saved at 12:42:24 AM, on 6/5/2004
Platform: Windows XP SP1 (WinNT 5.01.2600)
MSIE: Internet Explorer v6.00 SP1 (6.00.2800.1106)

C:\Documents and Settings\Jennifer's\Local Settings\Temp\Temporary Directory 1 for hijackthis[1].zip\HijackThis.exe
It would be better to install this in its own folder such as c:\hjt so you can keep track of the backups in case you need them.

Disable XP system restore.
Close browser windows.

Click on the processes and/or applications tab and end task on all the following:

WToolsA.exe
WSup.exe
WToolsS.exe

Run HijackThis, tick to fix:

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,SearchAssistant = http://www.websearch.com/ie.aspx?tb_id=%tb_id
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {0428FFC7-1931-45b7-95CB-3CBB919777E1} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {53707962-6F74-2D53-2644-206D7942484F} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WinTools] C:\Program Files\Common files\WinTools\WToolsA.exe
O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.real.com/011044a5409...xIE601.cab

Reboot in safe mode, delete folder:

C:\Program Files\Common files\WinTools

Reboot, reenable system restore.
