As there is no desktop icon and only a tray icon, I have trouble with the fact that the b9 icon is often one of those NOT on display. Furthermore, after a restart, I find that b9 is not in operation (apparently). I assume it is but merely hiding in the tray but when I look for the hidden icons, it is not there so I have to go thru the program file to b9 and minimizeit into the tray. SUGGESTION: For those who have b9, could you arrange for a b9 icon to display in a corner of the Mailwasher page so we would know immediately the b9 protection was there ?

Check your options. Launch B9 on Startup should be checked to have it auto-start on boot up.

What sparkykid said, I believe, is that Benign starts and runs fine, but there is no icon when running. I noticed this error as, messages are filtered when I do POP, but there is no tray icon (not even hidden - it is simply NOT there). There is indeed a bug in the way the icon is handled, and the suggestion to show something inside MailWasher is not bad.

I thought he was having to Launch the program manually after startup. I have not experienced the problem you describe.

It would be nice if they did like Symantec and grouped the icons.
