If you believe for one second that ANY representative is going to read an e-mail or post, take it to heart, act on it, then put changes in place, then you will believe in this magic elixor that I have, that cures cancer, hives, and iritable bowel syndrom...availible for only $19.95...how many can I put you down for spy?

harleywhite - A really close examination of what I've posted here will reveal a great mystery to you - I never suggested
(a) that people email their reps (look for the word "FAX" - they DO get read - I have a stack of replies - and not FORM replies - from the representatives that I've contacted on various issues).
An even better way to make your voice heard is to actually CALL (on the telephone, that would be) their offices and talk to their hired help - that DOES get logged and passed on up).
(b) that reps read/act on POSTS
But it's okay - at least you're attempting to get SOMETHING out of this (and thank you for reading!). Pete
