Arrow There is a long-running B9 ZoneAlarm Conflict thread in this forum. While the thread doesn't really address this specific problem, it might make this Guest feel that aspects of ZA can discussed here.

Arrow Actually, this is a duplicate post, since basically the same request was made in the B9 ZoneAlarm Conflict thread. In that thread, the suggestion to reinstall was made.

Arrow I agree with that suggestion. Guest, your best bet is to completely uninstall ZA and reinstall. You will find some directions here:
