|
|
After running your Tcp and UDP port scans i found i have ports 123 {ntp}
445 {microsoft -DS} 500 {isakmp}
5000 {possible microsoft DS}
open
What are these and how do i close these ports?
I have WinXP pro
I also recently had the blaster.exe worm but remover said my system was clean since then
What is the best online worm scanner out there?
Thanks |

Hi yes you'll have to disable UPnP (universal plug and play) in your WinXP as well as any file/print sharing and NetBIOS activity over TCP/IP connections.

It wouldn't hurt. Run netstat -an and post those results too so we can check them out.
