I have reposted this in Worm Related Forum with some new details.

Full scans show nothing with regard to this virus or any others at the moment. I am runninng Norton Antivirus 2003. I also did an online scan with Trend Micro.

Search and Destroy indicates that I have a malware in my startup which is ccApp.exe This is a Norton file and when I disable it Norton doesnt' work.

I suspect that this file may still be a problem. I have done a active port search and found that this program is listening on ports 1041. 1042, and 1043.

I have suspected problems with this file and am not sure how to determine if it is indeed a worm or the authentic Norton file.
