Can anyone please help. Since installing Norton Internet security, my e mails tend to freeze when downloading from server. If I get a few, then theres no problem, but when I get a lot, it tends to freeze about half way through the download, then I get a time out message. Any ideas please?

Hello borojohn,
Try modifying the Spam Rules to reduce the amount of filtering. For example, if you are now requiring that the whole email message be searched, change that to one of the other options. Also try changing Spam Rule priorities. |
