Trying to install Norton Internet Security on a PC with XP Home edition, it stops every time about one third of the way through (on privacy Control)with an error message about DRM_IntegratorCategoryHook.
Any ideas? Crying or Very sad

I have the same EXACT probelm, and ive treid what that website tells u to at least 10 times. I delete all the temp files, the files out of programfiles/commonfiles/symantec shared, the files from programfiles/norton** the files from Prgramfile/symantec and windows/aplicationdata/symantec
and windows/allusers/applicationdata/symantec
i used the reg key rester to make sure it didnt lave any reg keys ..i emptied the recycle bin and ran a clean boot....STILL get the same error...Any ideas?
