I am running WinNT 4.0. I am using ie 5.0. When I try to access the Windows Update page, it flickers back and forth between trying to access it and saying it's "done". It produces no error messages and I can't find out why it is doing this or what caused it. This seems to be the only page that does this. I can access all other web pages. Has anyone ever seen this problem before?
