Will there be any conflict with running benign with either of these scanners, or will benign do as well with out them, especially on email?

Benign and Avast!AV work fine together but some configuration may be needed.

If you have any problems then get back to me at

and I will send you some instructions.

If you have installed Benign the quick test is to view the Benign message log.
Every email should be reported in the Benign Message log.
In Benign click Tools>>Summary>>Message log

If the message log is empty then Benign is not set up correctly and has not processed any of your mail.

Arrow Benign also works very well with AVG. I have used both AVG Version 6 and AVG Version 7 successfully. As with Avast!AV, some configuration is required.
