My norton anti spam buttons have disapeered from the outlook and the spam is now coming into my inbox. Any suggestions on how to make the buttons re-appear and cause the spam to go back to the anti spam folder? It is driving me crazy because the spam filter is working by labeling the spam, but the spam is now clogging my in box. the a this is not spam button has also disapeered.

Hello ron1esq,

I was able to find an article in the Symantec KB that seems to describe your problem.

Read through the below link, and let us know if any of the suggestions helped.

Quote:
Norton AntiSpam button is missing from Outlook or Outlook Express

Situation:
You have Outlook or Outlook Express. After installing Norton AntiSpam, you notice that the button is missing from the Outlook toolbar. The AntiSpam folder is present, and email is being marked as Spam, but it is not being moved to the AntiSpam folder.

Solution:
This problem has more than one possible cause, so there is more than one solution. Start with the first solution. If that does not solve the problem, try the second solution, and so on. Click an icon to either expand (+) or collapse (-) each solution. (If you cannot expand a solution, then read the document Cannot expand sections in a Symantec Knowledge Base document.)
