It's like clicking on a weblink and get no reponse. He has uninstalled/installed outlook...problem persist. These buttons are for the calender. What causes links to not activate with you try to open?

Sorry. Does not compute. No website response? Outlook problem? Calendar buttons? Link activation? .... What's the relationship of any of this to Benign?
