I have jus recived this e-mail, supposedly from computer cops:

Dear user, the management of Paul-cannon.com mailing system wants to let you know that,

Your e-mail account has been temporary disabled because of unauthorized access.

Please, read the attach for further details.

In order to read the attach you have to use the following password: 42152.

Best wishes,
The Paul-cannon.com team

I own this domain & so know it is not from me. Can you explain what it is & what I should do about it?
Thank you
Paul Cannon

I can't say where the email came from but I'm sure it wasn't even from your domain. I received a simmilar email supposedly from my Internet Provider. I did a traceroute on the email and it came from a RoadRunner Cable modem user in New York. The attachment is a virus disguised to look like a document. Just delete the email and you'll be alright.

Thankx Slipkid, will do.
The virus situation is getting out of hand. I have found things getting through even though I have up to date AV software & all open ports blocked.

One good site for removing them on line is:
http://www.trendmicro.com/en/home/us/personal.htm

Thanx again.
