Is there anyway to get rid of this annoying toolbar from microsoft outlook permanatly?
I choose to disable the tool bar but it comes back everytime I open outlook again.

Thanks, but I tried that and it just keeps re-appearing.
I have however found a different waay of removing it. Go into C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\Antispam and delete the OfficePlugin.dll file. |

I can't even find that plugin. Is it under a different name? I think this is the last time I buy anything Symantec. All their software causes problems. This plugin problem is pretty much behaving like a virus. Outlook crashes more than 50% of the time now. |

The name of the plugin in my case was MSOUPLUG.DLL (located in folder "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\Antispam\"). Renaming solved the problem.

Thanks so much for the great tip! I prefer to use Mailshell's SpamCatcher and did not need the AntiSpam toolbar in Outlook.
