I have recently bought a new computer (XP Pro) and installed Mailwasher Pro 3.3 and Benign.
I have a problem with these installations. After switching on the PC I can dial-up to my ISP and check my emails via Mailwasher quite normally. When I try to check emails subsequently Mailwasher hangs at the point where it shows the message "connected to pop.xxx.com". I can't even by pass Mailwasher by checking direct from Outlook because it won't connect to the pop server.
When Benign is not enabled Mailwasher will check for emails all day long without difficulty.
BTW Mailwasher will not bounce emails.
On my old computer (XP Home) both programs worked well.
