Jim Murray's Whisky Bible.
Heard Jim interviewed on UK Radio earlier this week. What a guy, what a way to make a living. Some indeed are fortunate.

When asked where, in his opinion, did the finest whisky come from, he replied, Kentucky. Might surprise some, but l heard his reasons why.
The answer to all things whisky are to be found in the book.

There's a mighty fine genteel atmosphere associated with Kentucky whiskey: bluegrass country horse farms, Kentucky colonels, mint juleps, and the Kentucky derby. There's no better place to be than Kentucky on the first Saturday in May! |
