And I no clue what it means. I did your TCP port scan. Tried to do the UPD scan, but it is saying I'm not registered when I click on it, but I know I am. Anyway, here are the results...

It is saying the ports are used by services I don't have. Or am I not understanding it?

Hi and welcome. This means that all the ports we tried to see were open were in fact closed. This is a good thing if you are on a personal PC.
