I can access any of the tools on this site. The site thinks I'm "offline" even though it let's me in when I log in. I can't find anywhere on the site where you can contact the administrator to get help so I'm posting here. Thanks.

Hi George, are you allowing cookies to be saved? Which domain are you trying to log in under? Here are all of them:

I don't know what domain I was on before. Today I'm on .biz. I did a google search for Kern32, followed various links and ended up here. I then registered and tried the scans and then posted when nothing would work.

I think the virus I have was preventing me from accessing any tools that might clean it up. I had the same problem at Microsoft's site, CA's site and Symantic's site.

Today, I booted in safe mode with networking and was able to run the trojan scan (which didn't find anything). I was also able to do downloads from Microsoft. While not a perfect correlation, I feel that the safe mode with net. is what's enabled me to do these things. Today, your site indicates that I am online where yesterday it showed me as offline even after logging in. I don't know if this is related to safe mode or what but at least things are working now.

Prior to anything else I did today, I also booted up XP normally and the virus is definitely still there. I'll see what's different after I complete the various scan's, updates, fixes, etc. later today.

Thanks for the reply.
