[FIXED]New - [keyword] in front of topic title

I haven't seen an announcement about use of this new feature so I'm unclear as to the intended use. Could someone clarify this as I've seen it used already but I discern no rhyme nor reason to the invocation of the [keyword].

Mostly to be used by the staff to hail experts to certain threads -- since there are so many of them.

But I'd like to expand it for regular members to utilize it too like 'FUN', 'OFF-TOPIC'. Just something extra in the titles for users to get a hint at what its about.

In fact above the Quick Reply box I have a "Title Edit" button preceded by a pull-down list:

NEH = needs expert help

Some of those can be used by staff only I think.

Its just a way for folks to quickly edit their titles instead of clicking the topic's edit button, etc...
