I have runnMcAfee viruscan and it comes back with some dialers which I cannot do anything about since it says that the disk is write protected.

Also run adaware which found nothing

No I don't get any warnings. All that happens is I start outlook and push the send/receive button and as it starts to connect the computer reboots.

I have run McAfee and cwshredder and trojanhunter.
When I run Trojanhunter the system hangs though

I am beginning to think that this is just down to an unstable system and I should just load xp pro on it.

Does anyone know how to bulk copy email messages from outlook express so I can save them to another machine ???
