Does your geographic location support DST?

I'm in EST DST and my computer has recognized the time switch. However the site's time hasn't "sprung forward".
Edit: I lied. Now the time is correct on this post.

Times still out. Board says 'All times are GMT + 1 Hour'. When l first brought this matter up, board time was over an hour ahead of GMT + 1 Hour'.
I subsequently adjusted my settings to accomodate the extra hour. Result? Board time still 1 Hour ahead. All the while, the display continues to read All times are GMT + 1 Hour
If l keep moving my settings forward, board time always 1Hour ahead of me. If l move back, board time even further ahead.
Stuck in a moment and l can't get out of it

Paul, after logging out and firing up some hours later, problem gone, times in synch. All well here....now.
Thanks.
