I recently tried to free my computer from a virus. Seems successfull, but is slow now. Is my log clean??

Properly, this should be posted in Spyware-HijackThis Forum.

Another tip from looking over your startup list, why have so much stuff loading all at once? No wonder it's running slow!

Go to TaskList Programs at AnswersThatWork to find out what you need to keep at startup and what you don't. If you want something to be handy, put a shortcut on your desktop so you can load it only when you need it.
