It's okay to have two on one PC. Do not run them together. One at a time only. Keeping one as a backup is a good idea! Very Happy

I use Antivir PE as my primary and Avast is my backup. Wink

Another option you might consider is to run one antivirus product period and run periodic online scans as a second opinion. Personally, this has been my method of choice for years, regardless of the AV I have installed. I remain virus free. Just be sure to choose a different online scan engine (which you will with the products you are considering). Run a housecall scan one week, and a panda or bitdefender scan another week. Honestly that is generally better than managing two AVs background services and updates and hoping there is no conflict between the two. If you do still choose to run two, make sure in your task manager there is no sign of one while you run the other. Check your Services console from Administrative Tools in the Control Panel. Make sense?

If you need more assistance, let us know.
